Open Positions

1. Human Resource (HR) – Experienced

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
  • Payroll management & compliance handling
  • Employee engagement, grievance resolution & retention strategies
  • Designing and implementing HR policies & processes
  • Supporting management in performance reviews and training initiatives

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Management
  • 3–5 years of proven HR experience
  • Strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills
  • Experience with HR software and MS Office tools

2. Senior Accountant – Manufacturing Unit

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements
  • Handling GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
  • Overseeing accounts payable/receivable & reconciliations
  • Coordinating with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
  • Supporting financial planning and cost control for the unit

Requirements:

  • CA Inter qualified or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (with at least 1 year in a manufacturing unit)
  • Strong working knowledge of Tally/ERP & MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of taxation & compliance frameworks
