Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marine Engineer at Meka Group in Mumbai. The Marine Engineer will be responsible for tasks related to Operations, Class & Flag requirements, Maintenance & Repair activities, and Maritime engineering. The role will involve hands-on work in marine engineering projects and ensuring the smooth operation of marine systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience in ship management, maritime inspections, marine engineering, and sailing
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Maritime Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field
  • Navy, Marine Industry, and Maritime knowledge and experience of minimum 5 years
  • Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair and Marine Engineering
  • Experience of Class and Classification societies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with CAD software and other relevant technical software is beneficial
  • Experience with advanced materials and techniques used in marine construction and maintenance is a plus
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
  • Preference to those living near Worli and in Mumbai
  • 15-20 year's of experience in technical or ship management

Location- Worli

Working hours - 10am-7pm and 6 days Working (weekly Off on Sunday)
