About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant- New Zealand to join our growing team. This role is focused exclusively on bookkeeping tasks for New Zealand-based clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with local standards.Key Responsibilities:- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping duties, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.- Record financial transactions and maintain accurate supporting documentation.- Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting tasks.- Reconcile intercompany and client accounts.- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of bookkeeping services.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- 1–3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting support role (preferably with NZ clients).- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Effective written and verbal communication.- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.What We Offer:- Competitive salary- Day shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.- Exposure to international bookkeeping standards and tools.- Supportive team environment and ongoing learning opportunities.
