Content Writer | Salary- 25 K-35 K per month Experience Required: 1–2 yearsLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer with 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging, brand-aligned content for various social media platforms, campaigns, and digital assets.Key ResponsibilitiesStrong writing skills with an understanding of platform-specific nuances.Write clear, compelling copy for social media posts, ads, supers (text on videos), and long-form content when required.Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and account teams.Maintain and organise a data bank (logos, fonts, guidelines, brand images, product photos/videos) for each client.Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and topical moments to create relevant and timely content.Keep the team updated on the latest happenings in the digital and social space.Content planning, content buckets, and monthly calendars.Support new business pitches with campaign ideas and content inputs.Proofread all content for accuracy, quality, and consistency.Skills & Qualifications1–2 years of experience in content writing, preferably in a digital/social media/content agency.Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Strong command of English with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and storytelling abilities.Ability to maintain consistency of tone, voice, and messaging across platforms.Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube, X, etc.Ability to adapt tone and style (formal, conversational, witty, premium, informative) based on:Industry, Target audience, Platform.. Campaign themeFamiliarity with SEO basics is a plus (not mandatory).Key AttributesCreative thinking with strong attention to detail and a brand-first mindset.Proactive attitude and ownership.Strong grammar discipline and respect for timelines (setting clear expectations and workflows).Team player with good interpersonal skills.Receptive to feedback and able to engage in meaningful discussions.Ideally someone who reads (at least one book in the last year — not a deal-breaker).Keen to learn and evolve.Stays updated with trends, templates, viral content, and meme culture.Organised and capable of handling multiple tasks or brands.Self-aware about time management and personal bandwidth.
