Role Overview: We are looking for a Hardware Design Engineer to lead and execute the electronic design process for our products — from schematics to final production. This is a hands-on, dynamic role that requires strong technical ability, critical thinking, leadership and adaptability. Responsibilities: Design hardware schematics based on detailed product and system-level requirements. Identify and source the right components for performance, cost, and supply-chain optimization. Design, evaluate, bring-up, prototype, debug and optimize analog, digital and power electronics circuits. Simulation and characterization of electronic circuits and products. High-speed and high-density PCB design, review and manufacturing management. Coordinate or delegate PCB design tasks to the internal design team and oversee progress. Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams for end-to-end integration. Create standard test-cases, procedures and processes for automated testing and maintenance. Maintain high-quality documentation and log for schematics, Bo Ms, layout files, and test procedures. Take ownership of hardware deliverables under tight timelines and high expectations. Continuously refine the design process and stay up to date with industry trends and tools. Technical Domains: Analog Circuit Design Power Electronics Digital Design & Microcontrollers Digital Communication Interfaces - UART, I2 C, SPI, CAN, RS-485, I2 S, Modbus, Parallel/Serial, SMBus, Ethernet, etc. Wireless Communication Interfaces - Bluetooth, BLE, Wi-Fi, Lo Ra, Zig Bee, Matter, Threads, etc. Digital Interfaces - DDR, MIPI-CSI, MIPI-DSI, LVDS, PCIe, USB, HDMI, SDIO, etc. PCB Design - 12+ layers, high-current, high-speed, BGA, Blind/Buried vias, differential routing, signal integrity, impedance matching, thermal design, stackup management, DFM & DFA review. Instruments - Digital multimeter, Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Supplies, VNAs, Programmers/Debuggers, etc. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (B. Tech/B. Sc, M. Tech/M. Sc). Comfortable working in a high-speed, iterative development environment. Strong debugging, analytical, and documentation skills. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and take initiative independently. Willing to relocate to Delhi or nearby places. Nice to Have: Experience with RF designs. Knowledge of EMI/EMC best practices and industrial standards (IPC, ISO, MIL-STD). Exposure to embedded systems or firmware-hardware bring-up. Software development with C/C++, Python, Rust and Java Script. Version control with Git.
