Job Summary
Capgemini is seeking a dynamic and experienced ECM Consultant with deep expertise in IBM FileNet to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of content management solutions, driving digital transformation and communication strategies across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable ECM solutions using IBM FileNet P8 and related technologies
Lead end-to-end content lifecycle management including capture, storage, retrieval, and archival
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Manage digital communication workflows and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems
Oversee project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication
Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and upgrades of ECM platforms
Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
Required Skills
✅ Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8 , Content Navigator, and Case Manager
✅ Solid understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles
✅ Experience in workflow automation , document management , and business process management
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Proven ability in project management , stakeholder engagement, and team leadership
✅ Familiarity with integration of ECM systems with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM)
✅ Knowledge of digital communication platforms and strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
IBM FileNet certification is a plus
PMP or Agile certification preferred
