Objective:

To support the research team on the accumulation ofknowledge and research initiatives. Over time research analyst willbecome Senior Research Analyst and Lead Analysts or Team leaderswith specialist skillsets and domain experts.

Responsibilities:

Administer coverage of global locations and suppliers:Collect and update data with the latest available information forassigned targets through both primary and secondarysources.

Should have knowledge about financialterms and should be able to read understand analyses data fromannual reports

Should have indepth knowledgeabout economic indicators such as GDP inflation and their impact oneconomy.

Should have adequate knowledge aboutoutsourcing industry and economic and geopolitical situation ofdifferent countries.

Should be able to identifyrisk and opportunities of doing business in particular location byundertaking secondary and primary research.

Should be able to retrieve information for any data point by usingrelevant key words through various free to air searchengines.

Should be able to analyze data andwrite high quality professional research reports and provideinsights and guidance to our clients.

Monitornews and events that happen across the globe and produce eventalerts for clients as and when it occurs (with actionable guidance)for clients as and when they occur.

Contributenew ideas for the development of valueadded analysis for ourcustomers and subscribers.

Should be able toanalyze data and provide relevant insights to ourclients.

Experience andSkills:

Post Graduate in anystream from a wellknown university.

1 to 4years of experience in business/market research (specificallysecondary research) covering outsourcing buyers providers andemerging market trends.

Sound analysis and datainterpretation ability

Computer Knowledge: MSWord MS Excel and MS Power Point

IT/BPOindustry knowledge

Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills

Multitaskingability quick learning skills and ability work under stricttimelines
