What do we expect from you?
The Social Media Lead at Novatr is the hub who connects all the owned media touchpoints and consolidates information between the Brand team and Design team into a structured and consistent strategy and execution. As the Social media Lead in the brand team, you’ll become highly skilled at uncovering social media strategies, building brand presence and engaging with the community across all our social touchpoints and owned media channels to drive brand awareness and advocacy. This will include the daily management of day-to-day channel operations (copywriting, content planning, execution and oversight) along with executing the overall social strategy for all launches, in collaboration with cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative eye and be at the forefront of social trends and technological innovation as well as the ability to develop channel-by-channel goals and effectively measure success.
Who are we looking for?
You will
Keep the brand at the forefront of digital storytelling and brand narrative on social media through innovative approaches with a keen understanding for how content translates across different platforms.
Closely work with the Brand team, lead the development of the social content buckets and tentpoles, along with complete ownership of the social calendar, to support overall business and marketing objectives, while driving growth, engagement, and brand awareness across all owned social channels
Conceptualize, coordinate, and create compelling insights-informed content
Help coordinate, grow, and foster relationships with our social community and content creators
Partner with cross functional teams, including creative, marketing, and business, to effectively translate, compile, and cross-pollinate integrated marketing plans through a social lens.
Identify on-brand trends and deliver with fast-paced execution
Collaborate cross functionally with the Brand, Design, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive digital strategy across all touchpoints.
Accelerate the growth of Noavtr’s digital community while maintaining best in industry engagement and conversations.
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Design, Marketing, or Management related field.
At least 4 years of experience in social media management or related roles, preferably with exposure to design, architecture, or ed-tech industries.
Strong Interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, empathy and communication skills.
The agility to learn new things and a keen interest in technology, design and innovation.
High level of accountability and motivation.
Receptiveness to feedback and adaptability.
