Role & responsibilities

  • Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest in interior work.
  • Understand customer requirements for interiors and explain our solutions, design offerings, and benefits.
  • Schedule meetings/site visits for the design & sales team.
  • Follow up with leads and update them on proposals, quotations, and project details.
  • Maintain CRM with call logs, lead status, and client interactions.
  • Handle inbound queries professionally and convert them into active leads.
  • Coordinate with the sales, design, and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead management.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat projects.
