Salary: $700 - $1000 per month + Performance Bonuses


Note: Applicants should have proven experience in dropshipping specifically within the U.S. market. Additionally, a well-equipped workstation is required, a high-performance laptop or desktop with two monitors and a reliable high-speed internet connection.

We are looking for an experienced Shopify E-Commerce Manager with expertise in dropshipping to lead our Shopify multi-niche store and contribute to our growth and success.


Job Description: As the Shopify E-Commerce Manager at BOLTBUY, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, development, and management of our multi-niche Shopify dropshipping store. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to e-commerce management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Store Development and Management:

  • Oversee the setup and ongoing management of our Shopify store, ensuring a high-quality, user-friendly experience.
  • Optimize the store for speed, SEO, and conversions.
  • Manage product listings, inventory, and order processing.


Product Research and Selection:

  • Conduct market research to identify winning products and trends.
  • Select and source products from reliable dropshipping platforms such as Zendrop, AliExpress and CJ Dropshipping, etc.
  • Ensure products are competitively priced and meet quality standards.


Marketing and SEO:

  • Develop and implement SEO-friendly pages and product descriptions.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including social media and PPC ads.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve sales.


Customer Experience:

  •  Ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.


Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on e-commerce metrics, analyzing data to drive business decisions.
  • Regularly review sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager/Executive with a strong focus on Shopify and dropshipping.
  • Expertise in dropshipping, order fulfillment, and supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, Oberlo).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
