Location: Chennai

About the Job:

The Ads Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of PPC strategies, audience targeting, and data-driven decision-making. We are looking for a digital marketer with minimum 2 years of expertise in paid campaigns across google (search and display), meta ads

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage paid campaigns across various platforms (Google AdWords, Bing, YouTube, Facebook), ensuring maximum ROI.- Conduct keyword research for PPC campaigns to identify opportunities for growth.- Recommend strategic campaign adjustments to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and optimizations to internal teams and clients.- Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates- Effectively communicate results to management weekly- Track, manage campaign performance along with generating reports- Campaign management, strategy development, performance analysis, A/B testing.

Required Skillset:

- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in managing paid digital campaigns.- Any undergraduate / post graduate degree with specialization in Paid Digital Marketing
