Company DescriptionWe are a premium segment lighting manufacturer and solutions provider, with our hub in Surat and about 20 dealer-partners throughout the countryRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Smartlight, located in Surat. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and managing overall HR activities. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining employee records, conducting performance evaluations, creating recruitment plans, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Qualifications- Strong and firm motivator- Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)- Proficiency in HR Operations and developing HR Policies- Strong skills in Employee Relations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus- Knowledge of and compliance with labor laws and regulations
