The goal is to ensure healthy order books, reduced slippage, and consistent trading activities to match the exchange requirements. Responsibilities Provide two-sided quotes (bid/ask) and maintain target depth and spread. Adjust pricing dynamically to market conditions. Manage inventory and hedging to minimize risk. Report key liquidity metrics (spread, depth, volume, uptime). Coordinate with exchanges for listings, APIs, and reporting. Requirements Proven experience as a crypto market maker, preferably with altcoins. Strong knowledge of order-book dynamics, spread management, and APIs. Quantitative and risk-management skills.
