Key Responsibilities

Leadership : Take on leadership roles within the team, such as leading case conferences, mentoring junior staff, or managing specific projects.
Education and Advocacy : Stay updated on the latest developments in psychiatry and sexual health. Participate in educational and outreach programs to raise awareness about sexual medicine and related topics.
Compliance and Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with all relevant medical regulations and internal quality standards.
Qualifications
Education : MD in Psychiatry from an accredited institution.
Experience : 1-2 years of clinical experience in psychiatry.
Licensing : Valid medical license to practice in (your jurisdiction/region).
Business Acumen : Strong understanding of business operations, startup culture, and growth strategies.
Leadership Skills : Demonstrated experience in leadership roles or activities that require organizational and people-management skills.
Interest in Sexual Medicine : Proven interest in sexual health and medicine, with the ability to integrate this focus into patient care.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player : Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
