About the RoleThis is a broad generalist role that cuts across strategy, operations, sales, hiring, and marketing.You’ll work directly with the founders, jumping between projects that need immediate attention — from managing workflows and improving systems to helping launch new initiatives or teams.Think of it as a mix of Chief of Staff, Business Analyst, and Project Manager — but more hands-on.What You’ll DoSupport the founders across sales, marketing, hiring, and strategy projectsManage internal tools like CRMs, dashboards, Notion, and Google SheetsImprove internal operations and create clear SOPs for repeatable processesCoordinate hiring for key roles across portfolio companiesResearch new business opportunities and build pitch decks or reportsTrack KPIs, automate reporting, and keep projects moving across teamsSolve whatever business problem comes up that day — no two weeks are alikeWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or startupsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsOrganized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving partsExcellent communication and documentation skillsFamiliarity with Google Workspace, Notion, CRMs, or workflow automation toolsMost importantly: you like figuring things out, not just following a process
