  • Proven experience in stakeholder reporting, creating executive-level dashboards and summaries (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., SNOW, PPM, Jira/Tempo) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; detail-oriented with a structured and methodical approach.
  • Experience coordinating across cross-functional delivery teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and drive accountability within matrixed project environments.
