Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba modules including:- Ariba Buying and Invoicing- Ariba Sourcing- Ariba Contract Management- Supplier Lifecycle and Performance- Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering, and fit-gap assessments.- Configure Ariba solutions to meet client-specific requirements.- Collaborate with integration and technical teams to ensure seamless ERP (SAP ECC or S/4HANA) connectivity.- Facilitate workshops, UAT, training sessions, and deployment activities.- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients adopt best practices in procurement transformation.- Provide post-go-live support and stabilization assistance.Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in SAP Ariba functional consulting.- Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle Ariba implementations in a lead consultant role.- Strong expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) process flows.- Experience working with SAP ECC/S4HANA integration touchpoints.- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.- Ariba Functional Certification (Preferred).
