Responsibilities:
Supporting end-to-end process for Accruals & Claims
SAP Claims Management
SAP Condition Contract Management (CCM)
Analysis of interrogations with Data Lake & TPM systems, knowing theirs high level needs
Engagement in functional discussion related to processes and providing recommendations
Handling of exceptions (re-processing, analyzing the failures, proposing solutions)
Design for new developments & creation of technical (not functional) specs with consultations
Supporting Markets in analyzing and finding the root cause for any discrepancies in areas for Accruals & Claims
Getting the knowledge of TPM solution used and its integrations specifics.
