Job Description
We're seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our innovative startup in building cutting-edge web applications. As part of our dynamic team, you'll work on implementing innovative solutions using modern technologies while contributing to our fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate combines technical excellence with a passion for startup culture and strong personal values.
Key Responsibilities ● Architect and develop full-stack web applications using our modern tech stack
● Build responsive and performant user interfaces with Next.js and Tailwind CSS
● Design and implement GraphQL APIs using NestJS and Apollo
● Develop and maintain database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL and SequelizeORM
● Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment
● Collaborate with team members through code reviews and technical discussions
● Optimize application performance and implement security best practices
● Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the entire stack
● Contribute to technical documentation and development standards
● Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team
Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
● 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development
● Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
● Strong communication and collaboration abilities
● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams
● Passion for learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends
● Experience working in agile development environments
● Portfolio demonstrating relevant project work
