The role involves designing, developing, and deploying machine learning algorithms, Gen AI, and RAG-based solutions. Responsibilities include conducting research, testing and fine-tuning models, and collaborating across teams to ensure seamless integration into healthcare workflows.QualificationsStrong foundation in Pattern Recognition and Neural NetworksSolid background in Computer Science and AlgorithmsExperience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG systemsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related fieldProficiency with AI/ML frameworks and toolsExcellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindsetPrior experience in the healthcare sector is an advantagePreferred SkillsHands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus)Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Strong software engineering practices including version control, CI/CD, and API developmentUnderstanding of data pipelines, ETL, and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)Experience in building scalable AI-driven applications for production environments
