OverviewEnergy & Utilities team has been actively working in the space of energy transition and distribution reforms with philanthropic funders and government stakeholders. In one of its key projects’, we are assisting one of the state governments in drafting their RE policy and implementation guidelines. Historically, the state has not been able to attract private sector investment. Through this opportunity, we expect the intern will focus on creating a detailed strategic analysis of RE policy's impact on the private sector stakeholders in the space (both currently present in the state and the ones who wish to enter the state) through comprehensive market assessment of the current ecosystem. The internship will also delve into discovering key areas of interest for the private sector in the sustainability and RE space and the relevant organizations to reach out to.Skills:Strong Secondary and primary research skillsUnderstanding of corporate sustainability and business strategyAbility to grasp and explain complex issues easilyProficiency in MS Office

ResponsibilitiesConducting thorough secondary and primary research on private sector renewable energy and sustainability requirements and their strategies to achieve the targetsDrafting reports and presentations as per the requirement of the projectAssisting with data cleansing, analysis, data trackingPlanning, coordinating, organizing stakeholder discussions
