Location: Remote (with 1-week mandatory onsite training)

Pay Rate: ₹93.75 per hour

Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week (160 hours/month)

About the Project

We are hiring 30 skilled Hindi speakers for an Image Annotation project that supports the training of machine learning models in Optical Character Recognition (OCR) . The work involves annotating images containing both printed and handwritten Hindi text to create high-quality datasets.

The project begins with a mandatory 1-week onsite training program at our office. After training, the role will transition to remote work for the remainder of the assignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and accurately label Hindi text in images (printed and handwritten).
  • Follow project guidelines to ensure annotations are precise, consistent, and high quality.
  • Work with proprietary annotation software provided by the client.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly productivity and accuracy benchmarks.
  • Participate in training and maintain clear communication with the project lead.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Language Skills

  • Strong fluency in reading and writing Hindi (Devanagari script) .
  • Working knowledge of English for understanding guidelines and team communication.

Attention to Detail

  • Excellent focus and accuracy in annotation work.

Technical Skills

  • Comfort with computers and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Personal computer/laptop with reliable high-speed internet .

Work Ethic

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and time management.
