Job Location- BangaloreYears of Work Experience- 4-12 yearsDate of Virtual interview- 14-Nov-25Job Title: SAP ISU FICA FunctionalMain Job Purpose: This is for ISU Support, Maintenance and Enhancement projects.Responsibilities include:Working with a team of 4-5 ISU FICA Functional ConsultantsHandling of Incident and Change RequestFamiliar with SLAWorking with deadlinesCo-ordination with Offshore team and interaction with CustomersDelivery within budgetCandidate should have work experience of at least 1 Support/Maintenance Project and at least 1 Development Project as ISU FICA Functional Consultant.Technical knowledge & Experience required:Qualifications:First class Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) from a reputed university with a good background of software development and IT experience of 2 to 6 years.Domain / TechnicalThe detailed configuration of the following FI-CA components:DunningPayments (including Cash Desk and Returns)Account DeterminationSettlement/Clearing RulesCollection AgenciesWrite-Offs / Value AdjustmentsRefundsSecurity DepositsInstalment PlansBRF+ Dunning will be an added advantageLife Cycle of an Open itemsPayment Plan KnowledgeTaxKnowledge of Batch jobsKnowledge of Interface to Payment GatewaysOthersInclination to understand and learn application/business functionalityGood communicator, fast learner & a Team playerAttention to detail, disciplined and reliableHigh motivation and confidence levelsDomain knowledge (Energy and Utilities) will be an advantage
