With a growing collection of boutique villas and resorts across India, Seclude offers intimate stays that feel personal, creative, and full of character.Role Description-Seclude Hotels Home Style, based in New Delhi, is offering an exciting internship opportunity for a highly motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. As an Operations Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operational activities while contributing to project management, procurement, logistics, vendor management, inventory management, and effective communication across the organization.Key Responsibilities-·      Oversee sourcing, negotiation, and performance monitoring of vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.·      Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors, continuously evaluating their performance.·      Handle purchasing and inventory management, ensuring timely and accurate procurement.·      Assist with event preparations, including organizing décor, installing sound systems, and ensuring readiness before the event.·      Conducting property inspection by collaborating with property managers to ensure that room and area inspection, staff grooming is done regularly and CCTV and wifi is functioning at regular intervals.·      Perform checks at Head Office to make sure the office properties are in good shape and is there any need for replacement or repairs.Qualifications -·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operations and project management.·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·       Highly detail-oriented with outstanding organizational abilities.·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.·       Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).·       Passionate about the hospitality industry, with a proactive approach to learning.·       Graduated with a degree program in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.·       Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
