Sr. Oracle FCC Developer/Lead

The FCC developer/lead plays an important role running our day-to-day operations in the FinApps Team, focusing mainly on Consolidation, Close and all associated modules.


Working closely with the Accounting teams, this role primarily supports users by understanding the requirements and translate them into the software application functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle FCCS Cloud with excellent analytical and communication skills.



Responsibilities:

● Responsible for technical development, and system configuration for Oracle FCCS cloud application and create automations around the same

● Responsible for support and maintenance of other connected systems that support the C&C process and its integrations with Netsuite environments.

● Provides technical support to root cause and resolve operational issues and collaborates with cross-functional team in month/quarter close activities.

● Supports the development activities for improvement initiatives. Provides programming of custom code and migrates the solutions to production. Participates in validation activities.

● Maintains the technical documentation related to Record to Report and related modules.

● Conduct gap-analysis and work with cross-functional teams to customize and enhance Netsuite AP functionality to support Doordash growth in this space .

● Manages the production migration of fixes and enhancements.

● Serves as the subject matter expert in the R2R domain and understands the detailed system functionality including SOX/Audit requirements.


Experience:


● 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle EPM Cloud technology tools and frameworks.

● Implementation experience with Oracle Cloud EPM products with at least two full life-cycle oracle planning cloud implementation

● Knowledge of Powershell/Batch/Shell scripting

● Familiarity with Authentication mechanisms & security Protocols

● Experience working with integrations with 3rd party systems in a cloud-based environment.

● Relevant experience in technology implementation methodology and cycles (Development, Testing, Documentation, Cutover, Deployment, Hypercare)

● Preferred functional knowledge of Journal Entries, COA and Record to Report modules.

● Proven track record of success in identifying and addressing client needs and developing EPM solutions that solve complex business problems

● Understanding of system deployment methodologies (Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall)

● Relevant knowledge or experience in ETL/Data Transformation tools and databases

● Good understanding and working knowledge of ERP systems is a major plus.
