Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – MSSQL Oracle & HANA

Responsibilities
• Experience as a SQL Server DBA, typically in a 24/7 global work environment
• Demonstrate high level experience on routine DBA tasks including,
• Troubleshooting Performance Tuning and Optimization
• Backup, restores and recovery models
• Demonstrate Configuration & setup of High availability(HA) and Disaster Recovery ( DR)
• Configuration and working knowledge on 3rd party monitoring tools such as Idera or similar
• Configuration and working knowledge on 3rd party Backup/recovery(BR) tools such as Networker or similar
• Experience with PostgreSQL database Administration is good to have or must be willing to learn and perform day-to-day as assigned
• MCTS, MCITP certifications a plus
• Evaluation of database features and database related products
• Database administration for Oracle on premise and in cloud
• Manage Oracle Exadata environments on-prem and OCI, including coordinating with Platinum support and coordination with application owners on quarterly patching activities
• Work on other projects as assigned from time-to-time
• Experience with managing Oracle Exadata environments both On-Prem and in Cloud
• Experience with Oracle database products such as Real Application Clusters (RAC), Active Data Guard, and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM13C)
• Experience managing Exadata X8-M (or higher) using Oracle 12c and Higher with RAC
• Experience with managing multiple OLTP/VLDB DW Databases on Exadata
• Experience with Oracle Golden Gate
• Hana integration skills, experience in Hana modelling and using Hana views for reporting, knowledge of ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) on Hana


Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with managing Oracle Exadata environments both On-Prem and in Cloud
• Experience with Oracle database products such as Real Application Clusters (RAC), Active Data Guard, and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM13C)


Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Clear knowledge of hardware and network infrastructure. 
• Ability to think and imagine solutions to problems. 
• Power to install, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure tools including wireless access points, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers. 
• Knowledge of transport systems and the standards for network infrastructure. 
• Can build detailed network diagrams and documents for network communication systems design and planning. 
• Provides extensive precise details for choosing the hardware and applications.
• Network security experience
