Business Development Manager (Corporate Sales) Car Rental Experience: 8+ Years | Working Days: 5/6 Days | Role Type: Individual Contributor Drive corporate business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and managing end-to-end sales cycles. Lead prospecting, client acquisition, proposal development, and revenue generation while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring seamless onboarding and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy Conduct market research, analyze trends, competition, and identify new business opportunities. Recommend positioning, targeting, and entry strategies based on insights. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, events, and digital research. Drive outreach, schedule meetings, and pitch solutions to prospective clients. Sales Presentations, Negotiations & Closure Prepare impactful proposals and business presentations. Lead negotiations on pricing and contract terms. Work with Sales & Legal teams to finalize agreements. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients. Understand business needs to deliver tailored solutions. Serve as the primary contact ensuring high satisfaction. Sales Planning, Pipeline & Forecasting Create sales strategies aligned with business goals. Maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts. Ensure timely reporting and adherence to documentation standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with Operations and Finance for smooth onboarding and service delivery. Align internal teams for delivery excellence. Ownership & Accountability Own the sales cycle end-to-end from prospecting to handover. Ensure process compliance, timely follow-ups, and quality execution. Key Skills Corporate Sales & B2B Business Development Lead Generation, Prospecting & Pipeline Management Proposal Creation, Negotiation & Deal Closure Strong Relationship Management & Communication Understanding of Sales KPIs, P&L impact & revenue drivers Strategic thinking with strong analytical and reporting skills Ability to work cross-functionally with Ops/Finance teams
