Roles & Task Responsibilities


• Perform health checks, monitor alerts and Work on Incident & Service Request tickets across platforms Manage disk space utilization, backup alerts.


• Improve KB usage and contribute to SOP enhancements.


• Identify opportunities for automation and left-shift enablement to reduce L2 dependency


• Familiarity on AWS or Azure Cloud, Windows, Storage, Networking, Backup, Linux, User AD Management Activities, ü Hands-on foundation level experience on AWS or Azure IaaS services


• Strong documentation and reporting skills.


• Strong Adherence to Process in following the SOP & Completing the Task ü Strong understanding of infrastructure support workflows.


• Experience of any ITSM Ticketing systems.


• Ability to work in Rotational Shifts and Collaborate across teams.

Qualifications


• Any bachelor's degree with good educational background


• Experience of 1.5 - 2.5 Years on experience in IT infrastructure or cloud operations as L1.5 Engineer


• Good experience with handling the Incident & Service Requests


• Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to foresee problems before they occur.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team.


• Preference will be given to AWS/Azure Cloud Certification Candidates on Foundation level
