Job Title: Google Cloud CCAI Architect/Expert

Experience:5-12 Years

NoticePeriod: Immediate to 15 days

JD:

Experience:

·8+ years’ experience AI and GoogleMachine Learning Models.

·6+ years’ experience in contactcenter technical design, solution architecture, and deployment.

·Proven experience in designing andarchitecting CCaaS solutions especially Google CCAI.

·Strong knowledge of Contact Centertechnologies, including IVR, ACD, WFM, CRM integration, chatbots, naturallanguage processing, and reporting/analytics.

·Deep understanding of Speech-to-Textand Text-to-Speech.

·Expert in usage of Google APIs,Google dialogflow CX and Google dialogflow ES.

·Experience in implementing Googlemachine learning models in customer facing projects.

·Create conversational AI agents withGoogle Dialog Flow. Ability to develop and deliver compelling technicaldemonstrations.

·Strong problem-solving skills, withthe ability to understand and address complex technical challenges.

·Ability to work independently as wellas collaboratively in a team.

·Google Cloud certification, such asthe Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect, is stronglypreferred.

·Have passion for contact centertransformation, conversational AI, and driving stellar customer experiences, aninterest in Google Cloud Platform, and the ability to translate technicalconcepts into practical implementation.

·Proven record to develop and delivercompelling technical demonstrations and presentations.
