About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift, Azure Cloud, and Terraform to support a 12-month contract-to-hire engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, automating, securing, and scaling enterprise-grade infrastructure while enabling faster software delivery through CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure (Azure & OpenShift).
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
  • Ensure adherence to cloud security best practices, including IAM, network security, encryption, and compliance standards.
  • Implement monitoring and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, and Splunk.
  • Automate operational processes using scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, security engineers) in an Agile environment.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure experience.
  • Proven expertise with Red Hat OpenShift and Azure Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift orchestration.
  • Excellent knowledge of networking, load balancing, firewalls, and secure design principles.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹1,100, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
