Job Description: JD No.: OSII-14/MFG/10 Job Title: Electrician Function: Production Job Holder: - Location: Taloja, Navi Mumbai Level: M5 Reports to: Manager- Assembly Reportees: - Position Summary: The jobholder will be responsible for supporting crane assembly jobs from the electrical side. Key Responsibilities: 1) Should Knowledge on wiring. 2) Should Draw and Read Electrical Schematic. 3) Should make Bill of Material as per schematic. 4) Should know proper specification for ordering electrical Items. 5) Should have knowledge about Limit switches, pressure switch, Relay, Proximate sensor and its applications. 6) Should be able to program any electronic equipment by using User manual 7) Crane has limited electrical activities so, as a team he should also help in mechanical and hydraulic jobs Person Specifications: PROFILE: Must have Qualifications: ITI/ Diploma/Graduate Electrical Experience: · Should have min 6-10 yrs exp in Maintenance/Assembly department of manufacturing companies. preferably in the Crane Manufacturing or Engineering Industry · Should have basic knowledge of PLC programming, wiring and reading electrical drawings Competencies:- Functional Behavioral · Strong Problem identification skills. · Awareness on QMS · Domain Knowledge/Crane Electricals · Problem Solving · Reading electrical drawings Special Requirements: Familiar with VFD (varied frequency device), soft starter and heavy electrical motors.
