Role Overview We’re looking for an experienced Backend Engineer with hands-on experience in AI Agentic Frameworks (such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or similar). You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend systems that integrate AI models, pipelines, and agents for real-world enterprise use cases. Key Responsibilities Design and develop backend systems that power AI-driven applications and agents. Integrate LLM frameworks and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.) into production-grade environments. Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs to connect front-end and AI services. Develop data pipelines, task orchestration, and microservices for AI workflows. Collaborate with AI researchers, frontend developers, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions. Optimize system performance, reliability, and security. Deploy and manage backend services on cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure). Required Skills & Experience 2–5 years of backend development experience in Python , Node.Js , or Go . Hands-on experience with AI Agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Haystack , or similar. Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems . Experience working with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases (e.G., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus). Familiarity with data engineering concepts , model deployment , and AI pipelines . Proficiency with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience building or integrating AI copilots, agents, or RAG-based systems . Exposure to Prompt Engineering , API Gateway design , or LLM fine-tuning workflows . Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django for API development. Contributions to open-source AI or agentic framework projects are a plus.
