Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP VIM Technical Consultant to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP VIM configuration and possess hands-on experience in various aspects, including workflow design, data extraction, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) integration, and integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.

They will play a key role in configuring and maintaining the SAP VIM system, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and staying up-to-date with the latest SAP VIM VIM Configuration:

- Design and configure workflows within SAP VIM to automate invoice processing tasks.

- Configure data extraction rules for efficient data capture from invoices.

- Integrate SAP VIM with OCR solutions for automatic invoice data extraction.

- Ensure seamless integration between SAP VIM and other SAP modules (ECC or S/4HANA) for data exchange.

- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP VIM with third-party applications and external systems.

System Management and Optimization:

- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP VIM enhancements, patches, and upgrades.

- Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Recommend upgrades and implement system modifications to enhance efficiency and functionality.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP VIM users.

Knowledge Management and Growth:

- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to SAP VIM and document management.

- Continuously learn and develop new skills to stay current with the evolving SAP VIM Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

- 3+ years of experience working with SAP VIM in a technical capacity.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP VIM configuration, workflow design, and data extraction techniques.

- Experience with OCR integration and its application within SAP VIM.

- Familiarity with integrating SAP VIM with SAP ECC or S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.

- Strong understanding of data mapping and transformation concepts.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest SAP VIM developments.
