Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Engineer with expertise in Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and other IoT product design. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PCB design, schematics, layout, BLE RF design, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant design experience.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the design and development of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and IoT products from concept to production.
2. Conduct feasibility studies and technical investigations to evaluate potential solutions.
3. Design and implement circuit schematics, PCB layouts, and firmware for embedded systems.
4. Perform RF design and optimization for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) applications.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and product management to ensure product requirements are met.
6. Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the development process.
8. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to electronics design and IoT.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics design, with a focus on Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and IoT products.
3. Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, or Ki-Cad.
4. Strong understanding of RF principles and experience with RF simulation tools.
5. Hands-on experience with BLE RF design and optimization.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Experience with regulatory compliance testing and certifications for wireless products is a plus.
