Key Responsibilities

1. Conceptualization & Master Planning

  • Develop innovative, luxury-oriented architectural concepts for townships, villas, clubhouses, and common amenities.
  • Assist in creating masterplans that blend functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and modern urban living.
  • Translate vision briefs from CMD and leadership into architectural blueprints and spatial concepts.

2. Design Development

  • Prepare and present detailed design drawings, elevations, and 3D models for internal and client approvals.
  • Work closely with landscape architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and structural engineers to develop cohesive designs.
  • Ensure that each project aligns with Dellas premium design language and brand ethos.

3. Technical Drawings & Detailing

  • Develop construction documents including floor plans, sections, and working drawings.
  • Ensure technical precision and compliance with building codes, by-laws, and DCR (Development Control Regulations).
  • Create detailed layouts for high-end finishes, materials, and bespoke elements (stonework, custom facades, luxury amenities).

4. Project Coordination & Execution Support

  • Coordinate with project management and construction teams to ensure architectural intent is maintained on-site.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee construction quality, detailing, and adherence to design specifications.
  • Resolve design-related issues in real time and provide technical clarifications when required.

5. Vendor & Consultant Liaison

  • Collaborate with external architectural consultants and vendors for design packages, 3D rendering, and fabrication elements.
  • Review and evaluate drawings from vendors to ensure alignment with Della design and luxury standards.

6. Innovation & Research

  • Stay updated with emerging materials, smart housing technologies, and sustainable design practices.
  • Benchmark global luxury townships, resorts, and real estate trends to keep Della's offerings cutting-edge and competitive.

7. Presentation & Documentation

  • Prepare impactful design presentations for clients, internal teams, and approvals.
  • Maintain organized documentation of all drawings, change requests, and revisions in coordination with project teams.

8. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, green building norms (IGBC/Griha), fire safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
  • Conduct internal design reviews to uphold Della's design quality benchmark.
