Skilled in negotiation,community engagement, and fluent in English and regional languages.Location NoidaKey Skills• Lead land strategy and acquisition across multiple states, includingsite identification, due diligence, and securing land parcels forrenewable energy projects.• Oversee title verification, conversion, registration, and executionof purchase, lease, or JDA agreements.• Manage Right of Way (RoW) for transmission lines and evacuationroutes; ensure smooth resolution of community and stakeholderissues.• Drive grid connectivity processes – coordinating with STU/CTU forLTA/GNA, bay allocation, and evacuation approvals.• Liaise with government departments and authorities (Revenue,Energy, DISCOMs, SLDCs, PGCIL, local bodies) to expedite statutoryclearances and project approvals.• Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Development, Legal,Engineering, and EPC teams to align land and connectivitydeliverables with overall project timelines.• Establish robust governance and compliance mechanisms throughdocumentation, dashboards, and trackers.• Lead risk assessment and mitigation on social, legal, andenvironmental fronts throughout the project lifecycleDeep understanding of land acquisition frameworks, RoW norms,and renewable project connectivity regulations.• Proficient in reviewing technical layouts, power evacuationdrawings, and grid interface documents.• Strong stakeholder management and government liaisoning skills.• Familiarity with power distribution systems, fire & EHS norms, andregulatory compliances.• Excellent coordination and negotiation abilities with vendors,consultants, and state authorities.• Leadership experience in cross-functional project teams and multistate project execution.• Working knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, WTP/STP/ETP, fireprotection, compressed air) will be an added advantage.Behavioral &FunctionalCompetencies• Strategic land acquisition and execution• Strong stakeholder and government liaison• Cross-functional leadership and collaboration• Regulatory and grid connectivity expertise• Governance, compliance, and documentation rigor• Proactive risk identification and resolution• Effective communication and negotiation skillsQualification Legal/engineering background; network with state nodal RE agencies
