Essar Constructions India Ltd – Engineering Division, Surat.

Major Responsibilities :Project Planning and Manpower Planning.Sound knowledge of selection & sizing of field instruments.Proficiency in understanding of P&ID’s, symbols, legend, interlock etc.Preparation of instrument index, IO list, Instrument and JB location layoutPreparation of Technical specifications, Cable schedule and termination schedules.Sound knowledge on Industrial Automation including preparation of system architecture.Design of DCS /PLC is essential. Selection of control system.Vendor offer and Document Review Document review/checkingPlan for discipline deliverables.Efficient coordination with client & vendors.Provide man hours estimation for instrumentation deliverables.Familiar with various instrument sizing software’s.Familiar with review & viewer of 3D model. Able to guide 3D modeler.Able to work on various instrument sizing software’s.Familiar with plant operational & control philosophy is essentialShould be able to work on multiple projects in highly challenging work environmentShould be able to handle a team of engineers & inter discipline co-ordination.

Qualification :BE / B.Tech. - Instrumentation & Control

Experience:10 to 15 years experience in design engineering
