We’re looking for a Demand/Supply Planner to join our global team and help drive accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory, and seamless supply chain execution.This role is a key contributor to our S&OP process, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure demand plans support our strategic business goals.???? What You’ll DoBuild and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insightsLead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functionsCollaborate with internal teams and external partners (vendors, suppliers) to align supply and demandMonitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and drive continuous improvementManage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventoryLeverage ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis) to create data-driven, actionable plansSupport new product launches, promotions, and seasonal planning with agile forecasting✅ What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations (manufacturing/electronics a plus)Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related fieldStrong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaboratorHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with global teams and time zonesReady to make an impact in a truly global supply chain environment? ????
