Job Description
Our client, a distinguished retail and gifting studio renowned for its bespoke gift designs tailored for a wide range of occasions, is seeking to hire a Social Media Marketing Associate. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, and have a knack for crafting engaging content that resonates with target audience.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Develop and produce high-quality content for various social media platforms, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories that resonate with our target audience.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring activity, and engaging with followers.
  • Build and nurture a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with marketing objectives and promote our products, services, or events.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media to keep our content fresh and engaging.
  • Work closely with other team members, including marketing, design, and product teams, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to expand the company’s reach and credibility.
  • Assist in managing social media crises to protect the brands reputation and provide swift resolutions.

Requirements Job Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the retail or gifting industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
Proficiency in content creation and management tools, as well as social media analytics.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
