YOUR AREA OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:
Job Title: Sr.Finance Executive/Lead
Responsibilities:
1. General Ledger Management: Oversee the maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
2. Payables Management: Manage the accounts payable process, including vendor invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor reconciliations.
3. Bank Operations: Monitor and manage bank accounts, including cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and coordination with banks for various transactions.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and external audits. Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.
5. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses as required by management or regulatory bodies.
6. Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and resolve financial issues.
Qualifications :
MBA in Finance or related field, or Chartered Accountant (CA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Inter
Proven experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
