Job Brief:

We are seeking a dynamic Frontend Team Lead to guide our skilled team of frontend developers.In this role, you’ll be responsible for the technical direction of the team, ensuring the delivery of rich, responsive web applications and PWAs. You’ll actively participate in product design, develop new features using the latest technologies, and maintain our high standards for code quality and application performance.Your leadership will be instrumental in mentoring the team and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Responsibilities:

Lead the technical direction and strategy of the frontend teamParticipate in product design and development of new featuresEnsure high-quality code and optimize applications for performanceMentor and support team members in their professional developmentReview and provide feedback on code and designCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with business goalsStay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into projectsDrive pixel perfect designs through extreme attention to detail

Requirements and Skills:

Experience in providing technical guidance to a teamHighly proficient with JavaScript frameworksSolid understanding of ReactJS, React Native, HTML5, CSS3/4, and modern web design principlesPassion for coding interactive user experiencesComfortable with GitBonus: Experience in team building and leadershipBonus: Familiarity with NodeJS, Ruby on Rails, SEO principles, web accessibilityShould be self-motivated and adopt a collaborative approach to get things done
