Associate Director – Sales

We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our leadership sales team as Associate Directors across key cities in India. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financing solutions (direct debt/leasing) and a strong relationship network with mid-market corporates.
Locations: Chennai | Bangalore | Delhi | Ahmedabad/Surat | Pune
Open Positions: 5
Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in financing (preferably with NBFCs, banks, or reputed financial institutions)
Reporting To: Business Head
Compensation: Industry-leading with performance-based uncapped bonus and ESOPs
Responsibilities
- Originate, manage, and grow client relationships with mid-market corporates (₹200 to 4000 Cr annual turnover)
- Lead the deal lifecycle – including structuring, negotiation, and closure
- Develop and expand the client base in assigned geography
- Support in building and mentoring city/regional teams as required
- Drive pipeline growth and ensure consistent revenue contribution.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the financing sector (direct debt or leasing)
- Proven expertise in structured finance / leasing solutions
- Strong relationship network with mid-market corporates and industry stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned markets
- High professional integrity and clarity of communication.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Established client base with proven deal origination history
- Prior experience in NBFCs, banks, or reputed financial institutions
- Track record of building new markets or setting up teams
