The role involves managing a high-performing team, driving admissions targets, and ensuring seamless coordination with global universities to support students in their international education journey. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 10–15 country counselors, ensuring achievement of admission and visa targets. Admissions Oversight: Supervise end-to-end student admission processes for international programs. University Relations: Build and strengthen relationships with global universities and partners. Compliance: Ensure adherence to visa and admission regulations across destinations. Performance Tracking: Monitor team productivity and maintain strong conversion metrics. Market Insights: Stay informed about education trends, visa updates, and country-specific requirements. Student Success: Drive exceptional student experiences through personalized guidance and timely resolution of concerns. Qualifications & Skills: 6–10 years of experience in study abroad, international admissions, or student recruitment . Proven team leadership experience in driving visa and admission results. Strong understanding of global education systems and visa processes. Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. Experience with platforms like Leap Scholar, Geebee, Yocket, Unischolar, Great Learning, or similar is preferred. Other Details: Working Days: 6 days a week Expected Team Output: 400+ visas per year Location: Pan-India
