Gsource Technologies, a prominent design-assist firm in the construction industry, is currently in search of an experienced MEPF Designer specializing in Mechanical Modeling & Design, Electrical Modeling & Design, Plumbing Modeling & Design, and Fire Protection Modeling & Design. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-4 years of

relevant

experience, with a strong background in MEPF design specifically in the US region.

Develop detailed mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection models based on architectural and engineering drawings, utilizing Navisworks for clash detection.Use software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, AutoDesk Fabrication ESTmep, AutoPIPE, and Trimble EC-CAD for rainscreen design and other related tasks.Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and team members to ensure successful project execution.Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout the design process.Perform calculations and analysis to validate the integrity and performance of MEPF designs.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in MEPF design, specifically in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, NAVSIWORKS, AutoDesk Fabrication ESTmep, AutoPIPE, and Trimble EC-CAD.Strong knowledge of US building codes and regulations.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
