Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager – Modern Trade & eCommerce
to join our India team in Noida. This is a
full-time, on-site role
where you will:

  • Drive and grow sales across
    modern trade and online marketplaces
  • Build and manage relationships with key accounts
  • Develop and implement sales strategies & promotional plans
  • Track category performance, competitor activities & consumer trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth supply chain and seamless execution.
  • Deliver on sales targets, visibility & brand growth
    in both channels

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience
    in
    FMCG sales
    (modern trade & eCommerce focus; food industry preferred)
  • Strong expertise in
    sales strategy, account management & negotiations
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics & market insights
  • Proficiency with sales tools & eCommerce platforms
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Experience in oats, grains, or the health-food category is a plus
