Job Description :


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong backend focus to join our growing team as a Team Lead.

Responsibilities :

1) Backend :

- Design and develop APIs using NestJS and Node.js

- Build and maintain backend services using best practices and design patterns.

- Implement data access logic utilizing PostgreSQL and TypeORM, demonstrating strong fundamentals for databases and SQL.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (unit and end-to-end) using Jest.

- Optimize backend functionalities for performance and scalability.

- Ensure data security and integrity throughout the application.

2) Leadership :

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow their skills and knowledge.

- Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, adherence to best practices, and maintainability.

- Take ownership and lead the development process, setting clear goals, assigning tasks, and managing timelines.

- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the team, promoting open communication and problem-solving.

3) Frontend :

- Collaborate with front-end developers to understand UI/UX requirements and translate them into feasible API contracts.

- Contribute to the development of reusable and maintainable front-end components as needed.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in both front-end and back-end development.

What makes you an ideal candidate :

- 3+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on backend development.

- In-depth knowledge of Node.js, NestJS, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and SQL, including proficiency in writing complex queries, optimizing for performance, and adhering to best practices

- Proven experience with ORM tools (TypeORM), unit and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with version control systems (Git).

- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
