A Day In The Life Of An Account Manager:


As an Account Manager, you will work with our stellar, nimble team to manage creative, social, search, display, video, and mobile advertising campaigns for a portfolio of clients.

You will also be advising clients on industry trends, ways to harness different technology solutions and optimize their ad spend to drive long-term value.


You will need to be client focused and able to demonstrate good communication, organization and time management skills to manage both your clients and internal departments, while always focusing on quality, process and profitability.


The Role:

  • Manage execution and performance of social, search, display, video, and mobile advertising campaigns through the full account management life cycle. Participate in kick-off meetings, client relationship management, ad-serving, tech stack implementation, campaign optimization, and quarterly business planning
  • Helping to strategize and improve our account management teams' processes and operations.
  • Advise clients on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and how this impacts them.
  • Partner with our sales team on proposal responses, technical demos, and marketing efforts.
  • Align client's needs with our solutions to help them achieve their goals and uncover opportunities to drive long-term value
  • Ensure Timely deliveries of task calendar, reports and so on
  • Responsible of overall quality checks
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of the contractual obligations, commercial arrangements & SLAs of your account and ensure specific details are understood by the wider team where relevant
  • Conflict & Crisis management.
  • Billings & payments – Ensure timely billing to clients & timely payments to partners/vendors.


What You Bring To It:

  • 2 - 3 years of account management and client servicing experience in the creative agency & online advertising space.
