About Us:
Deepa Bajaj Design Studio is a forward-thinking interior design firm committed to creating inspiring spaces. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring excellence in both design and execution phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules for both design and execution phases.
- Track project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor and ensure the project remains within budgeted hours.
- Identify, assess, and track risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive site checklists.
- Supervise project teams, including designers and site supervisors, to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee execution quality and adherence to design intent.
- Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets effectively.
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and track client payments, ensuring timely collections.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
