Reward and Performance Business Partner

Here at Findex, we’re rebuilding our Performance & Rewards function to be stronger, simpler, and more impactful.  We’re hiring a Reward & Performance Business Partner —a role that focuses on executing key programs while contributing to strategic design..You’ll help shape structure out of ambiguity, write the playbook as we go, and ensure executional excellence.  This is a hybrid role reporting into our Head of Reward and Performance.   What your week will look like   Partner with the Group Head of Performance & Reward to deliver key strategic initiatives through high-quality execution.  Play an integral role in embedding performance and reward frameworks that are practical, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.  Help steer the enhancement and optimisation of our Pay & Reward system (experience with Oracle HCM will be highly regarded).  Contribute to a range of activities including partner promotions, role benchmarking, compliance reviews, and process automation initiatives to drive efficiency and strengthen governance.   What’s in it for you?
