What You Will Do : - Architect, design, and develop complex and scalable mobile applications using React Native. - Lead a team of React Native developers, providing mentorship and guidance. - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to translate product requirements into elegant technical solutions. - Ensure the development process adheres to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Implement robust testing strategies and identify and resolve bugs efficiently. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the React Native ecosystem. What We Are Looking For : - A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development. - At least 2 years of experience building production-quality mobile apps with React Native. - Strong understanding of React Native architecture, components, and best practices. - Experience with building pixel-perfect, user-friendly mobile UIs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team. - Client management experience (if applicable). - A passion for mobile development and a desire to create innovative and impactful products. Bonus Points : - Experience with native iOS and Android development. - Experience with Redux, MobX, or other state management solutions. - Experience with implementing third-party libraries and integrations. - Experience in a continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.
